Pipelines haben sich hierf\u00fcr als effiziente und sichere L\u00f6sung erwiesen. Doch kleine Lecks sind angesichts der Eigenschaften von Wasserstoff unvermeidlich. Ph\u00e4nomene wie die Verspr\u00f6dung von Werkstoffen durch absorbierten Wasserstoff erh\u00f6hen das Risiko. Eine zuverl\u00e4ssige Leckerkennung ist daher an Wasserstoff-Pipelines unverzichtbar.<\/p>\n<p>Klassische Systeme weisen Einschr\u00e4nkungen aufgrund der D\u00e4mpfung physikalischer Effekte wie Unterdruckwellen auf oder weil Kompressibilit\u00e4t \u00c4nderungen des Leitungsinhalts verursacht. Dies f\u00fchrt zu langen Erkennungszeiten oder hohen Schwellwerten. Die Systeme reagieren mit einem Sensivit\u00e4tsverlust oder, im schlimmsten Fall, mit Fehlalarmen. Mit KROHNE PipePatrol gibt es diese Probleme nicht.<\/p>\n<p>PipePatrol ist ein f\u00fchrendes und zukunftsweisendes System zur Leckerkennung und -ortung an Pipelines. Es ist das interne Leckerkennungssystem (LDS) mit der h\u00f6chsten Ansprechempfindlichkeit auf dem Markt und liefert genaueste Leckinformationen f\u00fcr ein H\u00f6chstma\u00df an Sicherheit. PipePatrol kombiniert das RTTM-Verfahren (Real Time Transient Model) mit einem patentierten Leckmustererkennungsmodul zu einem E-RTTM-Verfahren (Extended Real Time Transient Model).
