KROHNE bietet Ultraschallsignalwandler aus vielen verschiedenen Werkstoffen an, u. a. eine epoxidbasierte Ausf\u00fchrung. Dieser Signalwandlertyp eignet sich perfekt f\u00fcr Anwendungen mit Wasserstoff, da er hervorragende akustische Eigenschaften aufweist und im Vergleich zu Signalwandlern aus Titan bei erh\u00f6hten Temperaturen nicht zur Wasserstoffverspr\u00f6dung neigt. Das Gasdurchflussmessger\u00e4t besitzt zudem erweiterte Diagnosefunktionen. Es verf\u00fcgt unter anderem \u00fcber einen vertikalen Diagnosepfad, der Verschmutzungen am Boden des Messrohrs erkennt (Bottom-Fouling-Erkennung). Auf diese Weise erlaubt das Messger\u00e4t einen genauen Einblick in das Messrohr und erm\u00f6glicht dem Kunden eine vorausschauende Wartung.<\/p>\n<p>Mithilfe der Reynolds-Zahl f\u00fcr Str\u00f6mungsprofile kann das Messger\u00e4t in einer Erdgas-Kalibrieranlage auf genau die Str\u00f6mungsbedingungen kalibriert werden, die bei Wasserstoffanwendungen herrschen.
