Kleine oder schleichende Leckagen werden durch Standardsysteme meist nicht erfasst, da Druck- und Temperatur\u00e4nderungen entlang der Pipeline kleine Fehlvolumen \u00fcberlagern k\u00f6nnen. Die \u00fcblichen L\u00f6sungen zu \u00dcberwachung sind normalerweise zeit- und kostenaufw\u00e4ndig.<\/p>\n<p>Die PipePatrol Dichtheits\u00fcberwachung ist eine Funktion zur Erkennung von Schleichleckagen mithilfe standardm\u00e4\u00dfiger Druck- und Temperaturmessger\u00e4te. Diese L\u00f6sung erf\u00fcllt alle Vorgaben und Anforderungen nach TRFL 2017 und VdT\u00dcV-Merkblatt 1051. Sie erstellt automatisch einen Bericht, der diesen Vorschriften entspricht, und wurde durch unabh\u00e4ngige Beh\u00f6rden gepr\u00fcft und validiert.<\/p>\n<p>Mit derPipePatrol Dichtheits\u00fcberwachung Tightness Monitoring entf\u00e4llt die herk\u00f6mmliche Druckpr\u00fcfung, bei der die Pipeline mit Wasser gef\u00fcllt wird. Stattdessen arbeitet das System mit dem Gas bzw. der Fl\u00fcssigkeit in der Pipeline, sodass der normale Pipeline-Betrieb nicht beeintr\u00e4chtigt wird.
