Auch die Trennung der Mischzone vom eigentlichen Produkt wird erleichtert und kann so geplant werden, dass die gr\u00f6\u00dftm\u00f6gliche Ausbeute erzielt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses PipePatrol-Modul dient zur Nachverfolgung der einzelnen Batches und Mischzonen in Multiprodukt-Pipelines, die mehrere Produkte, wie Benzin, Diesel und Kerosin, nacheinander transportieren. Indem es Batch-Ankunftszeiten vorhersagt, Mischzonen identifiziert und Slops sowie reine Volumen berechnet, gew\u00e4hrleistet es den sicheren Betrieb und die optimale Kapazit\u00e4tsausnutzung der Pipeline. Der Betreiber kann dadurch Slop-Volumen minimieren und die Gesamtausbeute steigern.<\/p>\n<p>Um noch bessere Ergebnisse zu erzielen, verarbeitet PipePatrol Batch Tracking Eingangsdaten von Pipeline-Messger\u00e4ten, welche die Produktbestimmung erlauben, wie Dichtemessger\u00e4te oder Ultraschall-Durchflussmessger\u00e4te, z.
