Jede Nichteinhaltung des Auslegungsdrucks kann sich erheblich auf die Pipeline-Lebensdauer auswirken. Aktuelle Regelwerke verlangen daher von Betreibern meist, solche Auswirkungen zu dokumentieren und auszuwerten \u2013 fr\u00fcher war dies ein manuelles Verfahren, das den Mitarbeitern des Betreibers oblag.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses PipePatrol-Modul f\u00fchrt die Lastwechselkollektivierung ohne menschliche Eingriffe durch und liefert daraus die Datengrundlage zur Absch\u00e4tzung der verbleibenden Pipeline-Lebensdauer. Die Software \u00fcberwacht die Druckmesswerte von Sensorpunkten entlang der Pipeline und vergleicht diese mit den Druckklassen nach DIN 45667 und gem\u00e4\u00df der Technischen Regel f\u00fcr Rohrfernleitungen TRFL 2017. Anhand dieser Ergebnisse kann die vorausschauende Wartung so geplant werden, dass die n\u00e4chste Integrit\u00e4tspr\u00fcfung noch vor Eintreten eines kritischen Zustands
